I contribute with developing strategies for international growth, creating profitable sales & distribution structures, market expansion, organisational capacity building, and detailed execution planning - All beautifully wrapped in strategic management and leadership.

I have always had a warm heart for small and medium sizes business, having worked in, on and with them, since 1985. According to the World Bank, SMEs represent about 90% of all businesses and more than 50% of employment worldwide. They are a significant and important component in our society, and how they thrive have huge impact on our economic welfare and job creation for countries across the globe.

Having worked with strategy and business development for SMEs over the decades, my interest for how the global environment operates, supports and allows SMEs to expand, has been steadily growing. This interest resulted in being co-founder of Institute for Global Expansion. On the commercial side, the aim is to create a model for Accelerated Global Expansion for SMEs.
